FALL ENDURANCE 2023 IS HERE!

Are you planning to run a fall half marathon or full marathon and would like the benefit of having a plan to follow?  Would you like to have an RRCA level 2 certified coach to answer your questions and guide you through your training?  Would you like the opportunity to meet people at a track on a weekday and do your workouts together?  Do you look for company on your long runs?  Would you like to receive racing and fueling strategies as your race approaches?  Ultimately, would you like to go into your goal race fully trained and ready to hit your goal? And do you want to be connected to your local running community and make lasting friendships?

My name is Coach Sheri Lubniewski.  I'm RRCA Level 2 certified and I have been coaching for 9 years now.  I moved to Colorado in 2019 prior to which I headed spring and fall endurance training programs in local run clubs in the Chicago area. Finding nothing similar in Douglas County, I decided to take this opportunity to offer value to the local community and build relationships with the same ideals I had in the past.

In this program you'll have the opportunity to purchase a beginner or intermediate half marathon or marathon plan. These plans were built with the Labor Day Half Marathon in Parker and the Chicago Marathon in mind.  All long runs each Saturday will start at 730am unless told otherwise.  These long runs will follow the plans for these 2 races.  However, if you are doing a different race you can still purchase the plan and train with us.  You will just need to adjust your long runs and track workouts accordingly.

What else do you get inside your running plan?  You will receive pacing, fueling, hydration and shoe guidance as well as runner specific strength training videos created by Matt Flosi, a local Physical Therapist who is also a marathon runner.  You will also receive race strategy guidance for the Parker Labor Day Half and Chicago Marathon.  Want guidance during track Tuesday?  Coach Daniel Myers will be at Chaparral High School in Parker on Tuesday mornings at 6am to lead you in your warm up routine, answer any questions you have about track specific work and cheer you on as you push yourself to new heights.

The first Saturday group run will start on June 10th at 7:30 AM in Parker, CO.  Details will be provided once you sign up. There will be no official group runs on Saturday July 1st, July 8th  September 2nd, and October 7th.  We encourage our marathoners to sign up for the Labor Day half marathon in September as a tune up race.  This program will conclude October 7th weekend as this is the weekend of the running of the Chicago Marathon.

Join today!  Help create a beautiful running community and family in Douglas County and learn so much about running and yourself on this journey.
